1. Proportion of Investment. The lowest foreign investment proportion shall be 25%, but there isn't an upper limit.

2. Assessment of investment .The value of contribution other than cash, we'll ascertain such matters through joint assessment.

3. Risks of Investment .We will share profits and losses in proportion joint venture set up by us in an independent economic entity assuming sole responsibility for its profit and loss.

According to china's investment policy, investors are provided with allowed from income tax in the first five profit-making years.
